All payments for our services may be sent via multiple approved channels, including email payment links, invoices, or other communication methods. This policy applies to all services and products provided by HowdyTech, including website maintenance, updates, security services, technical support, troubleshooting, white-label solutions for agencies, and any future WordPress products or plugins.

Refunds are considered only in certain situations to ensure fairness for both our clients and our business. Eligible cases include situations where a service was not delivered as agreed without a valid reason, duplicate or accidental payments, or cancellations within a trial or initial period where a pro-rated refund is reasonable. For services that have been fully delivered according to agreed specifications, refunds are generally not provided.

To request a refund, please contact us via email at hello@howdytech.io. Include your name, contact details, the service you purchased, and the reason for your refund request. Once received, our team will review your request and respond within five business days. Approved refunds are generally processed within 7–10 business days using the same payment channel used for the original transaction, though processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

In some cases, partial refunds may be issued if part of a service was delivered and part was not, or in situations where a pro-rated refund is applicable for ongoing services. Refund requests may be denied if services were delivered according to agreed specifications, or if the client misused the services or violated HowdyTech policies.
